There are many reasons people are searching for your business. They’ve seen your social media channels and want to know more, they heard about you from a friend or they’ve stumbled across in the search results. Either way, they are being directed to your website and looking for key points to guide their decision process.  

In their May 2018 Newsletter, think with Google* explained that consumers, and people in general are research obsessed and it has never been easier to quench that thirst than with Google search at their fingertips. If your business is known for its caring customer service, be sure to have a video or photo of those happy employees as the header on your homepage (for example). Or showcase the detailed workmanship that is crafted into each and every unique product that you’re konwn for. Ask your community what it is that sets your business apart and don't be afraid to showcase that when visitors first visit your website.

  • What sets you apart from other competitors?

They want to feel confident when they arrive at your business. 

We all know what it's like to enter into a new place and feel lost. We can feel extremely vulnerable to the point of turning right around and going home. We never want potential customers or client to feel unwelcome, so it's important that our website gives them the confidence in what to expect when they first attend. By putting the following items on your website new zealand, visitors will feel much more comfortable to show up for the first time.

  • What to expect on their first meeting with your services
